Thank you for your interest in hosting a seminar with MMA pioneer, Ryan Bow. Ryan’s reputable career as a fighter began in 1999 after being crowned the tournament champion of Super Brawl 11. Ryan is one of a select few to have competed in the tournament format and successfully defeat three opponents in one night.

Ryan’s reach extends internationally. He has coheadlined events in Tokyo, Japan with former UFC Middleweight Champion, Anderson Silva, and on the beaches of Costa Rica alongside MMA veteran, Chael Sonnen. Furthermore, Ryan has coached UFC veteran, Mounir “The Sniper” Lazzez to his first World Title in Saudi Arabia.

A minimum of 20 students are required unless conducting a fight camp for professional athletes. Each session focuses on a different set of MMA skills and most importantly, the transitions between them.
